God always intended to bless the nations through the One who would eventually come from among them—Jesus. We are all guilty sinners and deserve the wrath of God, but Jesus took our sin and its curse upon Himself when He died in our place on the cross. When we put our trust in Jesus, He takes away our sin and its penalty. When we trust in Jesus, He frees us to pursue our call to holiness.
